Top 10 Do’s and Dont’s of a Motor Vehicle Accident

chiropractor monrovia Top 10 Dos and Donts of a Motor Vehicle Accident1. Your Glove Compartment Is For More Than Gloves. Starting today, keep an “accident kit” in your car’s glove compartment.  Your accident kit should contain a disposable camera, duplicate copies of your auto insurance information,  a pen,  and 3×5 cards to obtain witness information.  Unfortunately, auto insurance statistics reveal that each of us will be involved in a car accident every 10 years of our adult life.  Chances are at some point you will need to access your accident kit.
2. Just The Facts M’am. Get it in writing.  If the other party admits to being at fault, have them put it in writing and sign it at the scene of the accident.  Many times people will switch the their story once they talk to their attorney, the insurance company or family members.
3. Call the police. Safely pull over to the side of the road if possible first and encourage the other driver to stay.  A police report is an important part of a med-legal case.  Sometimes, the dispatcher will tell you that the police are not necessary and to just exchange information with the other party.  If at all possible, have the officer come out to the scene of the accident.
4. Seek legal counsel. When you have been victimized by an accident, there are many legal issues to consider.  I am not a fan of attorneys, but in these cases, having a competent, ethical attorney that can handle your case in a professional and timely manner is very important.  Make sure your attorney was referred to you by a friend or family member you trust.   Retaining an attorney will not only insure optimal results, it will alleviate much of the unneeded stress associated with dealing with insurance companies.  Some people think they can save money by representing themselves.  Just remember you are like an ant going against a giant when it comes to negotiating with a trained and seasoned insurance adjuster.  Prior to meeting with your attorney, it is a good idea to only talk to your doctor and the attorneys staff.  Do not give any statement on the phone or in person until you have spoken to your attorney.  In my career, I have worked with over four-hundred attorneys.  There are only a handful that I feel comfortable recommending to my patients, friends and family.
5. “But I feel fine.” Initially, you may not feel pain.  This just might be from the shock of the accident.  Many times accident victims don’t feel pain until the next day or two.  Be proactive rather than reactive.  If you feel any discomfort, stiffness, or  symptoms from the accident see a doctor trained in treating auto accident patients.  If you do experience significant pain, don’t hesitate to ask for an ambulance and get checked at the emergency room.  Accident injuries can be worse than you think.
6. Don’t Be Macho! Don’t make the mistake of minimizing your pain.  This is true especially for men.  Disclose all symptoms as they can and will affect your medical evaluation and treatment.  Finally, be sure to see your physical therapist, doctor, or chiropractor as often as recommended and necessary to insure complete recovery from your accident.  Many patients stop their therapy prematurely when the think they are better only to have the pain return with a vengeance weeks or even months later.  Sadly, unfinished treatment can lead to a poor settlement, but much more importantly, potential years of discomfort, pain and disability.  Trust your doctor’s recommendations.
7. Is There A Doctor In The House? Once the acute pain has subsided, consider treating with a physical therapist or a chiropractor who specializes in auto accident injuries.  Medical doctors prescribe medication which can be helpful initially, however in order to restore proper biomechanics, eliminate trigger points (knots), and aid in the neuromusculoskeletal recovery of the body, a DC or PT is the professional of choice.  A good chiro or P.T. will educate you on home stretches and exercises to speed up your recovery.
8. Be careful! Just because your attorney recommended a doctor to you it doesn’t mean that physician is any good.  Unfortunately, there are many  therapy “mills” where patients are treated like cattle. In these “rack’m and crack’m” mills, everyone is treated the same and as fast as possible in order to maximize income.   Ask questions and research your doctor.  Its your health.  No amount of settlement money is worth having a missed diagnosis by doctor that doesn’t take his or her time with you.
9. Don’t Go To Jail! Be honest! NEVER embellish the truth when it comes to auto accident cases.  This is considered fraud.  The Los Angeles District attorney’s office has a very active auto insurance fraud task force specifically assigned to bust fraudulent patients, doctors and attorneys.  You WILL get caught.  If anyone asks you to do anything you think might be illegal, find another provider or attorney and contact the County of Los Angeles District Attorney at 213-974-1439.
10. The Devil Is In The Detail. Start a detailed file.  Remember that although it is rare, it is entirely possible you may end up in front of a judge and a jury.  You may be called for a deposition or your statement will be recorded.  Creating a personal file will keep all your important medical and legal papers in one place and will be a valuable resource if anyone calls you to testify.  It is also a good idea to keep a journal of your case.  Doctors visits, attorney meetings and lost wages from work should be included.  Also, document quality of life changes.  Explain how your life has been changed as a result of the accident.  How has the accident affected you emotionally, socially, physically and personally.  Finally, include photos of your vehicle from different angles at the time of the accident.  Photos of any bruises or cuts are also important to have on file so you can share them with your doctor and attorney.

Better Than Advil?

Monrovia, CA - If you’re one of the millions of Americans who have ever suffered from chronic or acute pain, you’ve probably taken over-the-counter medications like Advil or even pain killers prescribed by your doctor.  You’re frustrated and wish there was a better way to cope with the unrelenting, nagging discomfort that has robbed you like a thief in the night from your life.  You don't want to  remain dependent on drugs knowing how harmful they can be to your body. You're worried about the long-term effects to your kidneys and your liver and frankly, your scared that you may never be able to do they activities you once enjoyed.
I know.  I've been there myself.  Only in my case I was upset.  I was mad because my pain stopped me from doing the things I enjoyed to do.   I wanted to find someone to blame.  I felt sorry for myself and became depressed.  My erroneous belief that things will always work-out for me was slowly replaced by the cold hard reality that I may never feel better.

One day, I was digging in my mom's garage and I found her old TENS unit.  The batteries were dead and the pads were dry.  After getting the right supplies for it and reading through the instruction manual I thought I would give it a try.  To my surprise, I actually felt better within minutes of using the unit.  It not only allowed me to reduce my Advil, it also allowed me to get out of the house more and enjoy the activities that I've always done.

TENS helps most people who are in pain.  If you would like to know more about this amazing breakthrough in medical pain management, please read on.

A high-tech alternative method for pain management known as TENS (Trans cutaneous electrical nerve stimulator) has been around for the past few decades but many doctors simply do not prescribe them to their patients.  Could it be that doctors don't prescribe TENS because they are not familiar with the technology and feel more comfortable prescribing  expensive medication and therapy?

TENS stands for Transcutaneous (TRANS-Q-TAIN-E-US) Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It's a light, portable  little device the size of a pager designed to send electrical impulses to your brain, while interrupting various nerves and pain receptors that receive and transmit pain signals from whatever part of your body that is injured and hurting. The device itself  has adjustable controls and uses electrodes that can be placed virtually almost anywhere where you are feeling pain.

Though the unit is used mostly by chronic pain sufferers, acute pain sufferers can use it as well, and it is fit to help with moderate to severe pain.  Most medical doctors will agree that the success reports of pain relief by sufferers is quite high, and it is the only medical device approved by the FDA as an effective, at home, pain-relieving unit for pain sufferers.

TENS is not addictive and has no side effects. Its only purpose is to "over-stimulate" your brain's pain receptors thereby blocking the pain and thereby shutting the "pain gate".  Most individuals that use the device have reported only feeling pain relief while wearing the device; however others have reported feeling pain relief even several hours after no use of the unit. The amount of relief is on an individual basis.

Whether you are suffering from acute or chronic pain, your TENS unit is capable of helping you with your arthritis, sprains and strains,  neck pain, TMJ, sciatica, whiplash, back pain, and more.  The other benefits of the TENS unit is that it is FDA approved and is  inexpensive when compared to the constant purchase of pain medications. It has also been widely thought by medical doctors that the TENS unit helps the body in the release of natural endorphins (our bodies natural pain killing drug) to help in the elimination of pain.

The TENS unit is an exceptional, yet underutilized medical device for pain sufferers. If you suffer from pain, and you have not yet tried a TENS unit, you should ask your medical doctor about possibly being prescribed one on a trial basis.  My experience is that many medical doctors are not familiar with the specific settings on TENS units and will have a physical therapist help with the fitting and training of the unit.  The team at United Physicians Health Institute have traveled to major corporations throughout Southern California and have trained and fitted hundreds of people  with TENS units.  If you would like to try TENS, consider visiting us at our UPHI headquarters in Monrovia, CA.  We have the expertise to make sure you are getting the right unit and we will teach you how to use it for years to come.

Our office carries a large inventory of TENS  and in most cases, we can prescribe, train and fit the units the very same day.  Many patients have the benefit of a Flex account or PPO insurance that will  cover the entire expense of the unit.

If you would like more information on the many benefits of TENS, please see below:

Cost may be lower than for pain medications.
May provide an alternative to surgery.
Can provide long-term pain relief without cumulative effects of long-term pain medication.
Can be used when pain exists and removed if not needed.
Relieves pain to allow patient to become involved in rehabilitation programs.
No drug contradictions/interactions
No toxicity like drugs.
Covered by most PPO insurance plans and Flex accounts
Unlike medication, TENS is non-addictive.
Unlike medications, no known significant side effects (anxiety, skin irritation under electrodes may occur).
Unlike medications, provides local vs. systemic intervention, with no deleterious effects on other body systems.

NBC News affilates and other major media outlets reports on how the Manipulation Under Anesthesia procedure has helped chronic pain patients where other treatments had failed them.

Manipulation Under Anesthesia
For chronic pain sufferers across the United States and Abroad, a simple and painless procedure is offering a level of relief never dreamed possible.

Instead of being sentenced to a life of pain pills and surgeries, doctors are giving them the opportunity to live pain free lives through a procedure known as Manipulation under Anesthesia (MUA).

Manipulation of the spine with the patient sedated is one of the most gentlest and most effective methods of altering chronic conditions. MUA provides manipulation and adjustments of the spine and surrounding tissue in an atmosphere where the patient is more responsive and less apprehensive, therefore eliminating resistance and muscle contracture.

Established and widely recognized in the manual medical arena for more than fifty years, MUA is a viable alternative for patients that do not respond to traditional care or invasive surgical procedures. The MUA procedure continues to gain widespread support and recognition in the medical community and is helping to bring much-needed relief to a greater patient base than ever before.

This is a comprehensive guide to Manipulation Under Anesthesia.(MUA).

What is Manipulation Under Anesthesia?
Manipulation Under Anesthesia, otherwise known as MUA, is a non-invasive procedure increasingly offered for acute and chronic conditions, including: neck pain, back pain, joint pain, muscle spasm, shortened muscles, fibrous adhesions and long term pain syndromes.

By lightly anesthetising a patient, once painful adjustments and movements are accomplished quickly and pain free helping to greatly improve or even restore range of motion.

Manipulation Under Anesthesia is an alternative for those patients that are not responding to traditional conservative care of other invasive procedures such as surgery.

What is the History of Manipulation Under Anesthesia?
Manipulation Under Anesthesia is an established and widely recognized procedure that has been part of the manual medical arena for more than fifty years.

The practice of MUA can be traced back to the late 1930's and its popularity has continued to grow in recent years as research has shown that MUA is not only safe, but also highly successful in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Who would be a Candidate for Manipulation Under Anesthesia?
In general, patients selected for Manipulation Under Anesthesia are those with certain neck, mid-back, low-back or other spinal conditions that have received conservative care for six to eight weeks with limited or no improvement in symptoms or findings.

MUA may also be appropriate for those patients that still experience pain after undergoing various invasive treatments such as surgery.

Common indications for Manipulation Under Anesthesia include neck, middle and lower back pain, chronic muscle pain and inflammation, acute and chronic muscle pain and inflammation, acute and chronic muscle spasm, chronic fibrositis, nerve entrapment, disk pathology including herniated disks, torticollis and failed back surgery.

Not all patients qualify for MUA as certain contraindications prevent some from undergoing the procedure. Consult Dr. Salse or Dr. Wu to determine if you are an MUA candidate.

What is Manipulation Under Anesthesia Procedure like?
The Manipulation Under Anesthesia procedure involves three consecutive days of treatment. During these three days a patient is treated with spinal manipulative theraphy and MUA stretches.

Since the patient is lightly sedated during the MUA procedure, the usual resistance and pain associated with manipulation is eliminated. Through the use of "conscious sedation," a patient is conscious and responsive, but relaxed, allowing the physician to administer adjustments similar to those received during regular chiropractic visits but more effectively.

After the procedure, treatment continues as strengthening and stabilization programs are initiated over the next few weeks. Post-Procedure care is a vital part of the MUA procedure. Follow-up visits with a Chiropractic Physicians are important at this time as the stretches accomplished during the MUA procedure are built upon, helping the patient to regain strength and prevent future pain and discomfort.

  • Breaking up scar tissue (adhesions) both in and around the spinal joints, commonly caused by multiple injuries or failed back surgery.
  • A decreasing chronic muscle spasm
  • Overcoming super-sensitivity of injured areas, making the patient unable to cooperate for effective treatment
  • Stretching persistent shortened muscles, ligaments and tendons

My Doctor Says I am a Candidate for MUA...
Patients who have been selected for Manipulation Under Anesthesia Procedure by their doctor typically undergo a medical screening process to determine true MUA candidacy.

This screening process includes a medical history and physical examination and where indicated, CBC blood studies, chest X-Rays, EKG's and other diagnostic tests such as MRI or CT's.

Once a patient is cleared and medical necessity for MUA is determined, a West Coast Surgical Center representative will pre-certify and schedule the procedure dates and times. West Coast Surgical Center will also handle the explanation of all pre and post-operative instructions, answer any questions the patient may have about the procedure and arrange transportation for the patient if necessary. At West Coast Surgical Center, we pride ourselves on working with our patients to make their MUA experience as hassle free, comfortable and successful as possible!

Los Angeles Chiropractor Helps Relieve Pain With Manipulation Under Anesthesia

MUA Certified Chiropractor and Pain Management M.D. Now Screening New Patients for  Forgotten Technique To Relieve Pain in Orange County and Los Angeles.

Los Angeles, CA - For chronic pain sufferers across Los Angeles and Orange County, a nearly forgotten procedure is offering a level of relief never dreamed possible. Instead of allowing patients that failed to respond to conservative care face a life of medication and surgery, David M. Salse, D.C. and a team of medical doctors and nurses are giving them the opportunity to live pain free lives through a sought after procedure known as Manipulation under Anesthesia (MUA).

Dr. Salse stated, "...manipulation of the spine with the patient sedated is a gentle method of helping patients suffering from painful chronic conditions. MUA provides careful stretching and manipulation of the spine in an atmosphere where patients are less tense, therefore eliminating muscle tightness and resistance."

The MUA procedure is helping to bring much-needed relief to patients in pain than ever before. Recognized by the manual medical community for decades, MUA is an alternative for patients that do not respond to traditional care or invasive surgical procedures.

Manipulation Under Anesthesia offers the patients the chance of  immediate relief and a noticeable difference in their daily lives post-procedure. These positive results only continue to improve with time and post-MUA therapy.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM MUA?

1. Contained disc herniation (bulge)
2. Chronicity of the problem because of joint or soft tissue fibrosis
3. Severe joint dysfunction
4. Acute myofascial rigidity and painful movement
5.  Patients who will not respond to traditional manipulative technique
6.  Patients who have not improved despite the use of medication
7.  Patients who have not obtained relief through physical therapy.

WHAT IS THE MUA PROCEDURE LIKE?

Before the day of the procedure, the patient is instructed regarding their nothing-by-mouth status and medications. The patient must be accompanied by a friend or family member to drive the patient home after the procedure. No patient will be allowed to drive home after this procedure. For Dr. Salse's patients, a complimentary limosine will pick patients up and bring them back on the day of the MUA.

The patient is treated with spinal manipulative therapy and MUA stretches. There will be two trained chiropractors in the room with the patient.  Since the patient is sedated by an anesthesiologist, the usual resistance and pain associated with manipulation is eliminated. The purpose of anesthetic is for the those patients who cannot tolerate manual manipulation (adjustments) because of pain response, spasm, muscle contractures, and guarding.    MUA uses a combination of manipulations, stretches, and ranges of motion to obtain a desired outcome. For more difficult cases, a pain management specialist may administer pain relieving localized injections in the areas needed to help alleviate the pain.

After the procedure, treatment continues as strengthening and stabilization programs are initiated over the next few weeks. Post-Procedure care is a vital part of the MUA procedure. Follow-up visits with a Los Angeles chiropractic physician are important at this time as the stretches accomplished during the MUA procedure are built upon, helping the patient to regain strength and prevent future pain and discomfort.

IS MUA NEW ? This procedure has been used by doctors for over fifty years.  It is a benefit of some PPO insurances.   Spinal manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) has been used to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal and is taught to doctors of chiropractic through the post-graduate division of many chiropractic colleges. Most of the forms of MUA discussed in the literature have been performed and documented by the medical and osteopathic professions. It would also appear that most of this research has dealt primarily with MUA as an approach to treating certain types of mechanical lumbar and cervical spine dysfunction. The generally accepted rationale for how MUA works is based on solid scientific data relating to muscle and joint physiology.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I WOULD BENEFIT FROM MUA?

MUA is not for everyone and should only be considered if your doctor has carefully evaluated you as a candidate for the procedure.  The best way to find out if MUA can help you is to talk to a doctor who has received post-doctoral training and has hospital and/or surgery center priviledges.

If you are suffering from pain, worried the pain is not going away, or  nothing is helping with your pain, consider the MUA procedure before considering spinal or extremity surgery.

Making the decision to try something new when everything else has failed is difficult.  The first step is to call and schedule your initial consultation.  Bring any medical records, MRI and x-ray results with you to your consult.  If you have health insurance, the staff will check to see if MUA is a benefit of your insurance plan.  MUA may or may not be appropriate for your particular problem.  However, isn't it worth a chance to find out?

Your Spine Is Like A Garden Hose

Chiropractic Is Like A Garden

Imagine you have a beautiful garden in your back yard, and every day at 6:00 a.m. the sprinklers automatically turn on, and keep the garden watered. Now, one day your kids roll a rock right onto the garden hose while they are playing without you knowing.  Enough water comes out to water most but not all of the garden.  Now, a day or two goes by, and the garden is still there, no problem, but lets give it a week....the edges of the garden dries up, gets brown, and nasty. You try using Miracle Grow and fertilizer to get the garden green but nothing is working.  Lets say the garden is your body, and the hose is your nervous system, the fertilizer is medication, the brown ugly stuff is pain or disease.  Without the life sustaining water (nerve energy) nourishing every part of the garden, it can never truly be healthy.  In order to do that, the rock needs to rolled off the soft garden hose. Do you see why you can't have a kink in the hose? If you want your body to function as it should, you have to remove what is blocking nerve energy.  In chiropractic we call spinal nerve interference, vertebral subluxation.  To find out if you have a kink in your garden hose I encourage you to see your local, reputable, experienced chiropractor for a specialized chiropractic check-up.  Remember, one subluxation could cause decades of poor health.  Chiropractic care may or may not be appropriate for you.  But isn't it worth  a chance to find out?

The Body Human - 5 Keys To Support Your Health

The best person on the planet to help you heal is YOU!  How Can You Support Your Health?

1. Regular Chiropractic Care - The Master Control System of your body is your Nervous System. Chiropractic care eliminates interference in the nervous system. Similar to regular dental check-ups to avoid tooth decay, regular nervous system check-ups will help you avoid spinal decay and nervous system damage, as well as providing for enhanced function of your nervous system. Enhanced nervous system function provides enhanced immune system function, improved digestion and flexibility (greatly improves your golf game), and will enhance the quality of your life. Get your nervous system check today.

2. Acupuncture - this is a wonderful way of supporting your body's energies, providing for improved health.

3. Eat Right & Drink Water - make sure to eat fresh vegetables and fruit every day and reduce the simple carbohydrates, white sugars and junk food. Drink water! Drink approximately 50% of your body weight in ounces per day.

4. Exercise - get off your couch, away from your TV and computer and get moving. Movement is what keeps your body working. Remember if you don't use it, you loose it.

5. Manage your Stress - stress is as damaging to your body as an automobile accident. Chiropractic care, good food, water, exercise and meditation are just a few of the ways in which you can manage your stress. Make this a priority.

What is an adjustment and who is Dr. Salse?

About Dr. David Salse, Chiropractor

Owner and Clinic Director, U.P.H.I and Salse Chiropractic Center, Inc.
A board-certified chiropractic physician, David M. Salse, D.C. is a regionally recognized lecturer and speaker. He has presented extensively at seminars and workshops on the subject of optimal health and healing through natural chiropractic. His sixteen years of clinical practice with over twenty-thousand patients has provided him with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of chiropractic and manipulative therapy.

Dr. Salse is a 1993 honors graduate of the Los Angeles College Of Chiropractic/Southern California University of Health Sciences. Prior to his post-graduate education, he attended California State Polythechnic University, Pomona where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Beginning his career as a chemist, he provided his knowledge in the area of research and quality assurance for an international diagnostic reagents company. Although he had a promising and lucrative career in front of him, he decided to go back to school to fulfill his childhood dream of helping others live better, healthier lives.

It was an auto accident that introduced him to chiropractic. After experiencing tremendous relief, he decided to specialize as a chiropractor.

Since he began practicing, Dr. Salse has worked with the top national and international recognized leaders in his profession. He has traveled extensively across the nation attending many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care.

The Chiropractic Adjustment

The adjustment is a quick, very gentle and safe procedure. Dr. David has seen over twenty thousand patients and has performed over a million spinal and extremity adjustments. After careful analysis and by applying pressure with his hands, he is able to move the spinal bones and help the body heal itself. It is done safely and naturally with no machines, medical devices or medications.

The principle of chiropractic is simple. Chiropractic removes nerve interference. When the bones in your spine are misaligned, it causes pressure on spinal nerves. "Pinched nerves" or nerve interference may cause the symptoms you feel.

For instance, if the pinched nerve is in your low back, you may have sciatica or other problems. If the pinched nerve is in your neck, you may have headaches, and so on.

Since the system of nerves controls everything in your body, the symptom you feel can be anywhere in the body. Many health problems have their origin in the spine. If you have questions about chiropractic, or about symptons, call or come in to talk to Dr. Salse about your health concerns.

Chiropractic Works!

If you have headaches, for example, doesn't it make sense to correct the vertebrae out of alignment that is causing the headache? Isn't that better than taking aspirin or Ibuprofen to "cover up" the headache?

Without chiropractic care, many conditions will get worse. The nerve that is being pinched can cause more problems. The good news is, chiropractic care corrects the cause, it doesn't just "cover up" the symptoms.

Subluxation: The Silent Killer

WARNING! There is an epidemic in our society. It is not well known and your medical doctor certainly isn’t talking to you about it. Chiropractors call it “The Silent Killer” knowN as vertebral subluxation. Subluxation is nerve interference caused by an injury, poor posture, or poor sleeping pattens. It can be described as a damaged joint irritating and cutting off healthy nerve flow. You can’t see subluxation and only in the later stages do you actually even feel the effects of this disease. Only a trained chiropractor can find and correct vertebral subluxation.

Subluxations are like termites….

Imagine purchasing a beautiful home that you plan on living in for a lifetime. Over time you notice a little saw dust in the corners but you just ignore it. Then one day during a storm your big beautiful home suddenly collapses into a pile of rubble. You find out the reason your home was destroyed wasn’t because of the storm. It was because of an insect no bigger than you fingernail called a termite. A once strong and gorgeous home is destroyed by a covert parasite that slowly destroyed the home’s foundation.

Just like termites slowly and quietly eat away at the foundation of your home, subluxation eats away at your bones and nervous system. It is silent. It is destructive. It is relentless. It can take considerable effort to eradicate, and considerable vigilance to make sure that it doesn’t come back. But most of all, it is the hidden silence that is what makes it such a lurking danger.

Some people come into the office hoping to get a quick “crack”. However, after a careful evaluation many times the problem didn’t start recently, but had been building up slowly an silently over years. It took time for the problem to happen and it takes time to fix it. Sometimes its just too late. The destruction is to advanced. I have the misfortune of telling these patients I am unable to help them. The I ask them to send in their children and grandchildren, so the degeneration that happened to them doesn’t happen to their family.

Just as termites can annihilate a house, subluxation wears down the structure of the spine and allows the tissues to follow suit. So what do you do about termites? You have someone take a look and see what is there behind the walls. And if there are termites there eating away, you get rid of them.

If you would like to know if you have vertebral subluxation and don’t like the analogy of termites slowly eating away at your bones, give our office a call and let them know you would like to schedule a free vertebral subluxation screening. It only takes a few minutes, but the findings could save you decades of poor health. If you do not live in Southern California, do yourself a favor and see a chiropractor in your area.
